At this time of heightened awareness of communicable viruses and infections, we want to make sure our clients are aware that we are concerned about your health and the health of our employees.  Please know that we are taking extra precautions including:

  • Refraining from hand shaking.
  • Providing and encouraging the use of hand sanitizer.
  • Disinfecting common spaces and door handles several times a day.

We understand that many people are avoiding public spaces during this time.  While we appreciate having face-to-face meetings with clients, you might want to consider other options including:

  • The option to mail in or upload your information electronically through our online portal, SmartVault.com.  If you have not already activated your account, please contact us and we can get you the link to set up an account.
  • The option to receive your tax returns or other information by mail and electronically through SmartVault.com.

We ask that if you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment or mail or use the portal to send your information.
